The GBC CC2700 coil insertion (before insertion Ibico 240CB Coil) is an innovative solution for the coil binding, and offers many features that allow easily and efficiently produce attractive Coil bound documents. Though ruggedly built, the 240CB is compact and light enough for use on any table or desk. It is designed to facilitate the operation, as part of the GBC product line.
One of the most unique features of the CC2700 is its exclusive column ex. This is an Ibico excusive, and assists the operator in rapidly forming the document to the curve of the coil for easy insertion of the element. Rollers that move also The CC2700 has two coil to make it easier to insert.
Here are six steps to the CC2700 coil binding by insertion of the roll:
1. Select the appropriate size coil for your document by measuring your book or use the convenient size coil guide is available at all coil binding our products pages.
2. Adjust the rollers at the appropriate level for the size of the coil being used for taking the leadership on either side of the system, and move to "low", "Center" or higher "position" (see table), depending on the size of the coil.
3. Place the perforated edge of the document of the coil in the anterior spine.
4. Start the coil element by hand in the first three or four holes of the document as illustrated.
5. Firmly hold the paper at both ends, with the fingers just below the drilled holes, to avoid that separation.
6. Place the document with the standard coil between the two rollers. Hold in place while turning the rollers of the coil through the document. Once the coil begins to rotate through the holes, remove the pressure of the main coils. These coils will find their way into the holes, if they are pushed from behind.
7. End the document with a pocket pair of spiral coil crimping pliers.
