Boarder Battle is the newest sport to be elevated to the Olympics, but the Snowboard Cross does not evoke the kind of laurel-laden brothers dignity of their events.

Falling
will fall. Not knowing how to fall can mean spending the day in the ER and missing days of snowboarding fun. I do not want to do anything that deny you of your snowboarding experience, especially if you can avoid easily by reading a simple paragraph. So, despite losing is a strange thing be learning, it makes sense to learn it.
Falling down while riding heel side
to retrieve the edge of your foot, you'll fall forward. When falling forward, fingers, wrists and elbows at risk. The natural inclination is to extend your hands out in front of you to break your fall. Make sure to resist this temptation. Doing so may break your fingers, or worse, your wrists. Instead, make fists (to avoid breaking the fingers), hold your arms in front of your chest (bent, not given), and fall on your forearms, not your elbows. The surface of the forearms you should fall into is making contact with the table when you rest your arms comfortably in it.

Falling down while riding toe side
when you get the edge of the heel, you'll fall backward. As he fell backward, his head and coccyx are at risk. If you feel yourself falling backward, tuck your chin toward your chest. These are good advice for beginners on the hill on vacation, but before reaching the tracks, get a helmet. When you go fast, the chin tuck does not offer much protection. Your melon will bounce off the ground anyway. My second time down the slope a snowboard, wearing a hat, took one end of the heel and cleaned my CLOCK. I decided to buy a helmet the next day before leaving. The other thing must protect the coccyx. Here is where women with BIG BOOTIE have the advantage! The bigger the better. Of course, not everyone is so blessed, so be sure to protect your tailbone. Falling on your back is better than the drop in the rear while bent. If you feel yourself falling backward, turn a little to drop so ending in the buttock or the other.
If you spas out every time you fall and can not seem to follow any of my advice while falling, you can buy a protector back toward your tailbone or (cheaper), simply record a hat inside polar seat of his pants. Injuries to the coccyx suck. Take it from me. I fractured my tailbone in a bizarre train wreck on the way to Manhattan (do not ask).
There are times you can want to fall on purpose. This may sound stupid, but if you are on a collision course with a child, tree, stone, metal or post, kissing the snow is far preferable.
Improve
Say you are moving horizontally or diagonally across the slope, and you're having trouble getting the end of your board to point down. Whether you are part of the heel or toe side, you can get her to convert more easily to reduce the amount of edge excavation under the foot that you want to go downhill. Just remember, reducing edge-DIG is not the same as reducing total pressure under the foot (your weight should be on both feet, remember?).
Once you are comfortable turning from one side of the heel with the nose pointing down next to his feet, and once you feel comfortable passing from hand to toe the nose down near the heel, he "is linked". Go all the way down the slope alternating heel side and toe side. This will be a zig-zag pattern of the slope.
What I helped develop the control was to decide on a destination (a close person, a tree, a dirty place of the snow, whatever) and make my table to go there. Try this on both sides of the heel and the toe. Develop control and helps you understand how they translate into movements management body.
Stay near the heel, and trying to ride "Switch" or "fakie", which means turning to lead to the end queue table. Then turn and lead with his nose, then turn tail and drive again, all part of the heel, as it goes. Alternate like this between switch and straight. This is called "falling leaf" because it resembles a leaf falling from a tree. Now try doing that side of the finger.
