Trampoline Snowboard
Can anyone help me with my face fears backflips?
I'm going to Lake Placid soon to train for the snowboarding and desperatly want back flip off the ramps. But I can not even back flip on trampolines, I'm afraid of breaking my neck .. Can anyone give me tips, links or just basic information on major injuries or how to approach it? I reallly want to learn it while I'm there. Thanks =]
there are several places, what airbag session in which an air bag is set out as a kicker and will land in the air bag, so it is a safer option, but I'm pretty sure thats time available outside their march.
